At Choice Care, we know that New Jersey families are active and that it can be tricky to balance your family's full schedule with the individual needs of a newborn baby, preschoolers or older children. We created Choice Care's nanny service to match your family with a dedicated, nurturing and skilled nanny who perfectly complements your unique personality and child care needs. Nurturing and enriching your children's development is second nature to Choice Care's nannies, each of whom has extensive experience either working directly with children or in another child care setting. Our child care professionals understand the daily cadence of a lively New Jersey household. They have experience managing daily activities like preparing children's meals, organizing and supervising their extracurricular activities and homework assignments, engaging infants and preschoolers in developmentally appropriate activities, keeping children's rooms and play areas tidy, and more. New Jersey parents appreciate that our nannies are skilled at setting safe, loving boundaries for their children at all ages and stages of development.
Serving New Jersey Families Since 1991
When life brings the unexpected, care is available on a day, evening and weekend basis.
Choice Care Newborn Care Specialists have extensive experience specifically working with preemies, infants and twins. They assist parents when two hands (and sometimes four) are not enough, allowing parents to get a much-needed good night of sleep.
For over 25 years, NJ parents have trusted Choice Care to help them choose a well-matched, loving nanny. We have an outstanding reputation for integrity that's backed by decades of experience. We are the leaders in New Jersey!
We hold all of our newborn nurse and nanny candidates to the strictest professional standards. We make sure you know your family is cared for by a trustworthy child care provider by performing a criminal background check and verifying every candidate's work authorization, identity, legal status, driving record and prior child care experience. All of our nannies are 21 years of age or older, have between 5 and 15 years of experience working directly with children, are CPR/first aid certified, and are at minimum high school graduates (many have college and advanced degrees).
We personalize our candidate search to ensure we find the best match. Whether your family requires temporary or permanent, part-time live-out or full-time live-in child care, we'll find your ideal child care professional.
It's important to us that your nanny has a good rapport with your family. That's why we take the time to learn about your family's lifestyle and child care needs before leveraging our 25+ years of experience to match you carefully with your ideal child care expert.
We Save You Time and Money. Our expertise saves you time and money, reducing child care provider turnover by presenting you with rigorously screened, well-matched candidates and helping you choose your ideal baby nurse and nanny with confidence.
